Wat is een abonnement van elektrische step?


Een abonnement betekent toegang tot een elektrische step voor een bepaalde duur - zolang u wilt en betaalt. Het is anders dan leasing: u hoeft geen contract te tekenen voor 12-24-36 maanden, en u zult de step niet bezitten op het einde van uw abonnement. Wij bieden de flexibiliteit van 'no-commitment', wat betekent dat u uw abonnement op elk moment kunt opzeggen - met slechts een opzegtermijn van één maand. En wij zorgen voor uw step op elk moment dat u onderhoud en reparatie nodig heeft - gratis*!




Hoe kan ik een STEP bestellen?


U kunt uw step gemakkelijk bestellen op onze pagina. U kunt op bestel nu!' klikken, het bedrag van de eerste maand betalen en uw leveringsdatum selecteren. Als u niet overtuigd bent, kunt u uw contactgegevens invullen en zullen wij u contacteren om onze dienst uit te leggen en uw vragen te beantwoorden.




Wat als mijn step kapot gaat?


Als er iets misgaat met uw e-step, neem dan contact met ons op met de gegevens van de schade per e-mail op info@ridestep.co of via WhatsApp (0486935284). Afhankelijk van het probleem plannen we een herstelling ter plaatse of vervangen we uw defecte step door een werkende. Wij zorgen ervoor dat uw step altijd werkt!




Wat is de minimale contractduur en opzegtermijn?


U kunt uw abonnement te allen tijde beëindigen met een opzegtermijn van één maand. Dit betekent dat de minimale looptijd van het abonnement 2 maanden is.




Hoe cancel ik mijn STEP abonnement?


U kunt ons een e-mail sturen naar info@ridestep.co om de opzegging van uw abonnement aan te vragen. Op basis van de opzegtermijn van een maand zal ons team een maand na uw aanvraag een pick-up plannen.




Wat als mijn step wordt gestolen?


In geval van diefstal kunt u direct contact met ons opnemen met alle nodige details, zoals datum, locatie en hoe het incident is gebeurd. U dient de diefstal aan te geven bij de politie en ons binnen 48 uur na het incident het geregistreerde rapport door te sturen. Wij berekenen een vergoeding afhankelijk van de soort step dat u gebruikt. Als u uw abonnement wilt voortzetten, ontvangt u een nieuwe step binnen 48 uur na de melding, na betaling van de nalatigheidsvergoeding.




Waar is de activeringskost voor?


We vragen een eenmalige betaling aan bij de levering. Deze activeringskost dekt de eerste levering op uw adres, de volgende logistieke kosten voor aankomende swaps (ruilen) en annulering, alle herstellingen/onderhoud tijdens de duur van uw abonnement, onze klantendienst en andere administratieve activiteiten.
